OH BABY!!! We got ourselves an official Memorial MC!!!!

I just spoke to my contacts at Soother Tanning, LLC and it has been confirmed that Elwood City's finest, Clinton "Cadillac" Kotuby, has signed his letter of intent to be the official Memorial MC. Cadillac will use all of his god given enthusiasm to announce the official teams at the Friday night opening ceremonies and will also be in charge of keeping enthusiasm levels at an all time high throughout the weekend. With the Memorial's reigning "Enthusiastic Man of the Year" Rick "The Wedgebuster" Douglas competing, we felt that we could use some depth at the enthusiasm position.

Cadillac is perhaps the most enthusiastic SOB to ever come out of Elwood City. Much like Rick Douglas, Cadillac is known for his booming "HEEEYYYYOOOO's" and enjoys drinking until he falls over and/or takes off his pants. He has MC'd at his famous Clint-a-palooza parties in Oakland and is a great addition the 2007 Memorial class.

We Got Our LeSean McCoy!!!

Ty Reese is signed, sealed & delivered! His letter of intent has arrived! This means that our "dream recruiting class" is beginning to come to fruition. South Carolina was absolutely LOADED this year with talent - bringing us the likes of Dave O'Nan and Ty Reese! Plus, with the addition of a few Sleepers in the mix (like Bowler and Co.) we may be closing in on the #1 Recruiting Class in the Nation!!!!

However, ss the old saying goes: Until you actually see McCoy wearing a Pitt uniform, be cautious. The same applies here: until you see Ty frollicking in the rolling hills of Seven Springs, you must be cautious.

Regardless, this is an exciting bit of information that has everyone working on The Memorial staff excited and hopeful!

The King of Sting Gets Spiteful

With letter of intent day rapidly approaching and many Letters still unaccounted for, the Committee has enlisted the help of the most spiteful man in the universe - Jon Cobb. If a letter of intent is not delivered by Thursday, March 1, 2007, that individual will have to plead his case to "The King of Sting" as to why he should still hold his spot.

For those unfamiliar with his work, Jon has been voted Most Spiteful Man in the Universe every year since 1992 - ironically (or not) this was the last year that his father Dave Cobb held the title. Spite runs long and it runs hard in the Cobb family. That is why we are so trustworthy of his decisions and his dedication to being spiteful.

With 8 days remaining, I ask those who have not sent the letter of intent and money to do so ASAP. You do not want to face the wrath of Cobb.
