He followed that up by saying, "I live my life in the eye of the media. What would Vinny Chase do." When I asked h
im if he also lives his life a quarter mile at a time he simply replied "I apprenticed under Vin Diesel for a semester..."

2 different Vins; same 2 Sweet dudes.
So, this is huge news. We thought that we might be without Ricky. And while this is not a binding commitment, The Tsunami's word is like Cushman's dad in Jerry Maguire - "stronger than oak!"
A special tip of the cap goes to lea
d recruiter on this special Memorial athlete: El Jiggerino, Jon Cobb. Entrusted with bagging his first recruit as a "Lead Recruiter" Jigs did not fail to deliver. Jigs did a knock up job of planting seeds in Ricky's mind that lead to some sleepless nights and nightmares where Rick was alone at the Red Oak Chalet while the rest of us competed in Westmoreland County. Jigs set the table, I cooked the meal and Ricky gorged himself on a meal consisting of Busch Light, 13 events, 12 competitors and 1 Refereezy!!!

Score 1 for the Memorial. Score 1 for the Pens. And score 1 for Uncle Jerry and all that hospitality that he is known for!!!! Welcome home, Rip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is great news!! Who will be the 12th competitor??
HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE'S BAAAAAAAACCCCCKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!
12th competitor is still TBD. Though there are quite a few feelers being sent out and some irons in the fire. Should be wrapped up in a week to 10 days...
What a way to start out the "Final Countdown"!!!! I’m grinning from ear to ear and my forehead vein is pulsating with excitement. The memorial would not be complete without Ricky D!!
Let's hope that a certain someone is ready to make the plunge from spectator to competitor!
