The following is the official list of competitors with their estimated time(s) of arrival into the 'Burgh:

1) Dan Conte: driving up Thursday night
2) Jon Cobb: arriving Friday afternoon at 5
3) Greg Plundo: arriving Thursday night
4) Rick Douglas: arriving Friday at 5:07
5) Kevin Bowler: arriving Friday at 5:07
6) Ty Reese: arriving Friday at 2:30
7) Matt Plundo: already there
8) Matt Dahar: already there
9) Matt Steve: already there
10) Dave O’Nan: driving up Thursday (I think)
11) Pat Newhouse: arriving Friday night at 7:15
12) Jeff Cobb: already there

I'd say that Ty, Cobb, Rick and Bowler can all coordinate a ride from the airport to 7 Springs together. Matt Steve is picking Newhouse up at 7:30 and they will arrive at the cabin around 9. Everyone else is probably G to G otherwise.

So Far I know the Wedgbuster and Bowler - arrive at pitt on friday at 5:07pm and leave monday at 8:45am.

Jigsy gets in at 5pm on friday too.

BBQ at Jim's

We are in the process of sending out an Evite to everyone we want to come up and hang out for the Memorial. We need everyone's email addresses so we can get a grasp on the number of people going for food and stuff. The people we already know are getting Evite's are:

That's about all of the email addresses that we have. Rattsfield, send along Jared's and Cook's and whoever else you can think of. I know we're forgetting some people, so add their names and emails below and we'll send out the Evite.

New Stuff

After a long layoff, I feel energized and motivated to make this blog all that it should be. I have added some new links on the task bar to the right. I will add to them as I think of stuff to add.

We have been in a bit of a down time in regards to The Memorial. Not much stuff happening. But I think we can keep conversations flowing and enthusiasm at all-time highs.

Slogan Voting!

As many of you know, we are in the process of designing t-shirts for all competitors. While the contents of the shirt is a surprise to most of the competitors, we are looking for advice/help as to what the slogan should be on the shirt. Therefore, we are looking for advice on what the Slogan for the 2007 Memorial should be. Last year's "unofficial" slogan was "You Had to Be There to Believe It!!"

The choices for this year's shirt:

1) "The Few. The Proud. The Memorial!!"
2) "An Army of Drunks"
3) "A Tradition Unlike Any Other"
4) "I live my life one beer at a time - nothing else matters. For those 10 seconds or less, I'm free." (Vin Diesel got robbed for Best Actor in 2001 if you ask me!)
