Things never stop at Memorial Headquarters! Planning is already underway for the 2008 Memorial. This year promises to be bigger and better than 2007!
Some things to remember:
- Memorial Day weekend begins on Friday, May 23, 2008. Memorial Day itself falls on May 26.
- 2008 will be a two-day commitment just as 2007 was.
- Invitations will most likely be sent out in mid-to late-January of 2008.
- All signs point to a newer, sleaker score card which is currently being perfected by The Refereezy. He takes this very seriously!!!
- We hope to have at least 3 video cameras and 3 extra people up there so that we can get events filmed from multiple angles. Keep this in mind when thinking about possible "helpers".
- November 10 is the first of many "meeting of the minds" and will feature the opening rounds of debate that will go a long way in helping to decide what changes need to be made.
